ABOUT ORGANIZATION
Dialog Business Services (Pvt) Ltd (DBS) is a fully owned subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider. DBS manages Dialog’s customer contact management operations across its mobile, fixed line, pay television and broadband businesses. The first and the largest Captive Voice Customer Interaction Centre within the BPM industry, in Sri Lanka is also a COPC certified center. Further it was also the first within the industry to be recognised under “Great Workplace” and in 2020 the organisation was also able to be recognised as one of the 10 Best Workplaces for Women by GPTW® Sri Lanka
