1. People Manager Development Program or "Journey"

A licensed product of Great Place to Work©, this interactive 2-day workshop provides in-person learning sessions, after which managers develop personal action plans which can be monitored using a digital platform.
The programme includes
  • Detailed scorecards for participating managers
  • Introduction to a framework for developing great people managers
  • Techniques in building trust-based relationships
  • Experiential learning including an action-planning process and monitoring throughout implementation period
  • Access to e-learning course and virtual learning workshops
  • Best practices or “Manager Mantras” to be implemented in the workplace
  • Mentoring (human and AI Marshall-bot)
  • Access to Great Manager Network to share experiences with other managers
  • Eligibility for Great People Manager List and Certification

2. Great Manager Certification

In partnership with the Great Manager Institute™, this programme uses an online platform for self-learning and assessment, available in varying detail, including a hybrid version which includes in-person training workshops
The programme acts as a lifetime digital coach, and is supplemented by content from Harvard Business and world-renowned coach Marshall Goldsmith.
The programme includes
  • Creation of a manager profile through personalized digital assessment using self-evaluation, team surveys and text analytics
  • Detailed scorecards along with benchmarks for comparison
  • Introduction to a framework for developing great people managers
  • Techniques in building trust-based relationships
  • Experiential learning including an action-planning process and monitoring throughout implementation period
