ABOUT ORGANIZATION
Sunshine Tea (Private) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Sunshine Holdings PLC, a diversified conglomerate contributing to ‘nation-building’ by creating value in vital sectors of the Sri Lankan economy. Established in 1997, Sunshine Tea is a private label manufacturer and exporter of both bulk and value-added tea products. Additionally, Sunshine Tea is the manufacturing arm of the group’s flagship tea brands ‘Watawala’, ‘Zesta’ and ‘Ran Kahata’ which account for 40 percent of Sri Lanka’s branded tea market. Sunshine tea was first recognized as a “Great Place to Work” in 2019 and are proud to retain this achievement in 2022.
