We started in 2012 with 5 employees and have grown to be one of the largest offices for Intrepid, acting as a Centre of Excellence supporting global teams and operating our own Destination Management Company. We employ over 280 staff and 50 local trip leaders, with strong focus on women’s employment and leadership. In Colombo, we support Technology, Revenue Management, Experience Services, Finance, Customer Service and Support, Administration, People Function and Trip Operations, delivering trips in Sri Lanka while driving impact through sustainability.
