Employee well-being encompasses more than just physical health and job duties; it includes a holistic view of the key areas that contribute to an overall sense of well-being. When employees experience a positive and fulfilling work environment, they not only flourish professionally but also personally.
During the years 2023-2024, Great Place to Work® in India and Sri Lanka conducted a study into employee wellbeing in the workplace capturing both employee perception and management practices in organizations that volunteered participation. Information around 7 key levers were collected: Responsible Leadership, Supportive Managers, Sense of Community, Autonomy & Fulfilment, Health and Benefits, Enabling Work Environment, Engagement & Psychological Safety.
3 Wellness Champions for 2024 were selected and awarded a special recognition for their efforts in fostering Employee Wellness based on the study results.
