This is the 12th consecutive year of the study by Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka and the results contribute to the largest ongoing global research of its kind, which continues to validate the criteria to be considered a ‘Great Workplace’ and the elite standard of the more exclusive ‘Best Workplace.’ During this year’s study cycle (April 2023 to March 2024), over 87,500 employees were surveyed with an average response rate of 85 percent. More than 180 organisations were assessed, representing a workforce in excess of 96,200 across 20 key industries. The outlined methodology was maintained in each survey to support the statistical accuracy of the overall study. The results were used to select the list of the best 50 and derive the insights presented in this Report.
