This initiative aims to highlight employee perceptions of workplace culture and provide key insights to help tech organizations navigate the journey of creating and sustaining a great workplace culture in today’s competitive landscape.

The study revealed that despite the economic challenges, the 10 Best Workplaces have effectively navigated these turbulent times, maintaining high levels of trust among their employees.
